该版本主要引入了“安全清理PPA”的功能，这意味着用户将可以无痛体验最新最酷的软件，而不必担心体验后会回不去——Ubuntu Tweak将帮助您回到系统的稳定版。

在介绍这项新功能之前，先来列举一下Ubuntu Tweak 0.5.5的主要更新：

  • 加入了对正在开发中的Ubuntu 10.10 Maverick的支持
  • 文件类型编辑支持批量编辑了！（感谢muzuiget）
  • 加入了对Lubuntu，Ubuntu Netbook Edition的检测
  • GNOME面版的Logo设置和GDM登录窗口现支持SVG文件格式
  • 加入了“压缩PDF”的脚本
  • 增加了“清除PPA”功能
  • 大量bug的修正

在介绍新的“清除PPA”功能之前，我们先回到两年前——2008年7月的Ubuntu Tweak 0.3.4。这是Ubuntu Tweak首次引入“第三方源”的功能（现在重命名为“软件源中心”），不知你是否还记得当时的模样？

可以看到，当时“第三方源”相当简陋，不仅功能很简单，而且仅提供了很少的软件源供用户使用。经过了两年的不断改进，在现在的Ubuntu Tweak当中，新的软件源中心支持很多功能：如网络同步，多个发行版支持，依赖和冲突检测等等。通过这些特性，用户可以很方便地享用大量最新、最酷的软件。如图：

这个功能已经足够棒了吗？还没有！

当前的软件源中心有个缺陷，如果用户不喜欢更新后的软件包，他如何回归原始版本呢？尽管apt-get是一个比较强大的包管理系统，然而在处理软件包的降级方面，apt-get还是不容易使用。

现在通过Ubuntu Tweak，这个工作可以很容易办到。

首先，“清除PPA”的功能被集成在“软件包清理”当中。在这个介面当中，所有用户已启用的PPA都会列出来。用户可以选择要清理的PPA，然后点击“清除”便可方便地进行清除一个PPA所需要的工作：如降级一些软件包，禁用该PPA等等。

值得注意的是，这里支持选择多个PPA，这意味着你可以一次性清除多个PPA。

在正式清除PPA之前，Ubuntu Tweak会弹出一个对话框以确认准备降级的软件包和具体的版本。

在这里Ubuntu Tweak会智能地处理软件包版本与PPA的对应关系，假如有另外的PPA也提供了该软件包，那么Ubuntu Tweak便会判断该软件包是不是与要清除的PPA的软件版本一致，如果一致便不进行降级，不然便降至该PPA的版本。

除了“清除PPA”的功能以外，Ubuntu Tweak继续在改善原有的一些功能。比如“文件类型管理”，在muzuiget兄的贡献下，现已支持批量编辑了。

想像一下，你新安装了一个音乐播放器，觉得很不错，并打算将其设定为系统默认的音乐播放器。只需要在Ubuntu Tweak的文件类型管理里面，选中所有你需要默认更改的类型（使用Shift进行多选），然后再按“编辑”。

在这个对话框中，你就可以选择一个你需要的播放器并将其一次性更改完毕。

以上便是Ubuntu Tweak 0.5.5两处主要的更新，除此之外还有大量细微的更新，相信用户在使用过程中会体验到。

现在Ubuntu Tweak已经可以通过源进行升级，或者你也可以下载官方软件包进行安装。

Uphone采用的uniplus软件平台依旧是基于Android系统开发的，但相比OMS改进更大，从曝光的四张截图可以看到很多Android的影子。在曝光的截图上我们甚至看到了满满一屏的网站图标，内置了国内知名几大网站，对于普通用户来说还是很方便的。

今年6月份，信息产业部（MIIT）曾宣布中国联通成功自主研发了名为UniPlus的移动操作系统。Uphone手机将基于名为UniPlus的操作系统。

9月中旬，中国联通总裁常小兵此前曾向媒体表示，但表示首款Uphone手机已经进入酝酿阶段，联通软件商店Unistore也会很快针对软件开发商开放，但从此次曝光的Uphone截图上我们并未看到联通软件商店的身影。

11月6日，中国联通相关负责人曾在一次业内会议中透露，中国联通正在开发基于UPhone计划的UniStore，并称UniStore与Appstore之间互不冲突。

联通Uphone最大的竞争对手是移动Ophone手机，移动Ophone采用的OMS系统于2009年8月31号正式发布，目前最新版本为OMS2.0，包括三星、多普达、摩托罗拉、联想在内的多家厂商都已经推出了采用OMS系统的2G和3G Ophone终端。

Bug List

1,Ubunt 10.04下面无法启动,提示找不到libexpat.so.0
error while loading shared libraries: libexpat.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
原因,编译flashget使用的是libexpat.so.0版本,系统默认为libexpat.so.1.5.2,做软连 接即可.
$cd /usr/lib
$sudo ln -s libexpat.so.1.5.2 libexpat.so.0
$sudo ldconfig
